3 Days "HeartInMotion" CE-5/HICE training on Hjarnø, DK.

I've had quite a few inquiries asking if I would organize a CE-5/HICE training. Well, the initial response to the "Teaser Trailer" has been very positive, and we will try to do this.

We are working on it and will find possible dates soon. From 4.2.15 – 5.24.15 and again 8.27.15 – 9.27.15. One possible plan could look like this, prices and times are preliminary, but is a good indicator.

We need minimum 4 participants and maximum 6 – 8. [Prices: 250€ - 195£ - 300$ - 2.200 kr. NOK - 2.300 kr. SEK] Prices does NOT include transportation to Snaptun, you have to get there on your own.

It can be done at fairly low cost, made these examples using Momondo:

21.30 - ???: We go to the beach, find our place, and begin the CE-5/HICE exercises.

Friday:

9:00 - 10:30 Breakfast.
12:00 - 13:30 Lunch.

16.00 - 18:00: Introduction to CE-5/HICE: "Ethics, Protocol, Techniques"
19 - 20.30: Dinner
21.00 - ???: CE-5/HICE exercises on the beach [Possibly indoor weather dependent]

Saturday:

9:00 - 10:30: Breakfast.
12:00 - 13:30 Lunch.

16.00 - 18:00: Introduction to CE-5/HICE: "Meditation, Visualization & Vectoring"

Other activities on Hjarnø:

There are good opportunities to catch garfish and sea trout. Especially at Odden south of the harbor the very deep water close inshore, is an ideal place for fly fishing - preferably with a sinking line. http://www.angling-eastjutland.dk/dk/frame-35.htm

Visit Hjarnø Church & Viking Stone Ships, "The Calves Stones".

In the southern corner of Hjarnø is a conservation area with 10 larger and smaller Viking Stone Ships, of the same type and size, as the monuments from Lindholm, at Aalborg. 3x Accommodation in 4 person Luxury Lodge. [If private 2 man's hut wanted instead, there is a surcharge of 300 kr. Per day, per cabin + 100 kr. cleaning supplement. Total 1000 kr.]
3x3 Meals with 1 Soda / Beer / Wine or Milk / Juice.
3x2 hour HICE course m. Some educational material will be sent to participants by binding registration.

3 Dages "HeartInMotion" CE-5/HICE øvelser på Hjarnø

Vi opdaterer bloggen så snart vi kan, målet er at finde 3 dage, Torsdag - Søndag fra 2.4.2015 - 24.5.2015 og igen fra 27.8.2015 - 27.9.2015.

Vi arbjeder på sagen, og finder mulige datoer snart. En mulig plan kunne se således ud, priser og tider er vejledende, men skulle holde nogenlunde. Prisen er 1.800 kr. alt incl, minus transport til Snaptun. [Min. antal deltagere: 4. Max. antal deltagere 6 - 8.]

Besøg Hjarnø Kirke & Skibssætningerne "Kalvestenene"

I det sydlige hjørne af Hjarnø ligger et fredet areal med 10 større og mindre skibssætninger fra vikingetiden af samme type og størrelse som monumenterne fra Lindholm Høje, ved Ålborg.
